Rachel Pryzgoda Bravo
Co-founder, Fundraising Lead
Rachel has built a career as a fundraiser that is centered on listening, relationship building, and storytelling. Originally trained as a journalist, Rachel has translated her narrative-building skills into strategy for comprehensive capital campaigns and major giving programs at world-class institutions including Carnegie Hall, the Los Angeles Philharmonic/Hollywood Bowl, and PEN America.
Rachel is a specialist in donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship; Board development; and prospect research. She has helped organizations to raise more than $100 million and to increase their impact overall by focusing on the strength and stories of their teams and the people they serve.
Rachel is a proud graduate of the University of Maryland Philip Merrill College of Journalism and serves as the Secretary of the College’s inaugural Alumni Network Board.
Phil Bravo
Co-founder, Capacity Building Lead
Phil has spent more than 20 years working to build and scale nonprofit organizations, creating meaningful impact in communities around the world. With a track record of success as an innovative nonprofit arts leader at the Los Angeles Philharmonic, Carnegie Hall, and the New England Conservatory, Phil has spearheaded national and international initiatives, including YOLA (Youth Orchestra Los Angeles), the Carnegie Hall’s PlayUSA grantmaking program, and Schmidt Future’s Rise Global Summit.
Phil’s expertise in managing large-scale budgets, crafting and executing strategic plans, and leading organizational growth is driven by a commitment to fostering positive change and building strong relationships.
As an independent consultant, Phil has applied his extensive nonprofit experience to a range projects, from program operations with Schmidt Futures and The Rhodes Trust, to event management with the Gates Foundation’s Gatekeepers Initiative, the Federations of American Scientists, and The Pew Charitable Trusts.
With a strong dedication to service, Phil serves as Board Treasurer for BLUME Haiti (Building Leaders Using Music Education in Haiti), and as a national advisory board member for the 3C Data Collaborative, an initiative working to create accessible data management and program evaluation tools for the creative youth development sector.
Christophe Poirrier
Co-founder, Strategy & Operations Lead
Christophe is a seasoned leader with 18 years of experience in strategy and management consulting, specializing in organizational growth and effectiveness, mergers and acquisitions, and large-scale transformations.
With expertise spanning multiple industries, such as Higher Education, Telecom, Utilities, and Life Sciences, he has made significant contributions across North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia at Total Energies, Axa Equitable, Accenture, and currently, Vanguard.
Christophe led organizational redesigns and the integration team for Vanguard’s inaugural acquisition, Fintech startup Just Invest. Post-acquisition, he stood up new Program Management, Client Service, Operations, and Relationship Management functions to grow the aquired business. Christophe's career is defined by his ability to align strategic goals with scalable and streamlined processes, as well as fostering success through effective change management.
Christophe, who is fluent in French and English, led Vanguard’s corporate volunteer program, which connects Nonprofit organizations with Vanguard’s 20,000+ employees on volunteer opportunities.
Kristen Gelinas
Fundraising Consultant
Kristen has over fifteen years of experience in fundraising and nonprofit leadership, including ten years overseeing corporate fundraising and earned revenue for New York City’s acclaimed High Line park. While at the High Line, she secured numerous multi-year partnerships and collaborated with many brands and agencies to execute large-scale experiential marketing events, fashion shows, and film shoots.
As a consultant, Kristen specializes in building revenue programs from the ground up, helping organizations with limited experience transition into effective fundraising. She conducts SWOT workshops and utilizes the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) goal-setting framework to create detailed growth plans, guiding these plans to completion. Notable clients include the New York Philharmonic, NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, MAD (founded by René Redzepi, co-owner of the three-Michelin-star restaurant Noma), and Boulder Birth & Holistic Health.
In addition to her consulting work, Kristen is a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She holds a master’s degree in Performing Arts Administration from NYU and a bachelor’s degree in bassoon performance from Northwestern University. Kristen lives in Colorado, where she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her family.
